Repair Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions 

a. TCRS Circuit LLC: The business entity providing the services described herein. 

b. Client: The customer receiving the services described herein. 

c. Services: The computer repair services provided by TCRS Circuit LLC, as further defined in Section 2.

2. Services 

a. TCRS Circuit LLC agrees to provide the Client with computer repair services, including but not limited to diagnosis and repair of hardware and software issues, as requested by the Client.   

b. TCRS Circuit LLC will not be liable for any damage or loss caused to the Client's computer or data due to any of the Services provided.

3. Payment 

a. The Client agrees to pay the full amount due for the Services provided by TCRS Circuit LLC, plus any applicable taxes, upon completion of the Services. 

b. If the Client fails to pay the full amount due, TCRS Circuit LLC reserves the right to take legal action against the Client to recover all amounts due.

4. Cancellation 

a. The Client may cancel the Services provided by TCRS Circuit LLC at any time prior to the commencement of the Services. 

b. If the Services are cancelled by the Client prior to the completion of the Services, the Client shall be liable for actual repair time spent on Services billed at a hourly rate of $85.00 which shall not exceed 10 hours.

5. Warranty

a. TCRS Circuit LLC shall provide a warranty for all Services provided for a period of 1 year (365 days) from the date of completion of the Services unless otherwise noted.

b. The warranty provided by TCRS Circuit LLC covers all parts and labor as well as any defects in materials or workmanship.   

c. Any parts provided by TCRS Circuit LLC shall be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

6. Limitation of Liability

 a. TCRS Circuit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, arising out of or related to the Services provided by TCRS Circuit LLC.   

b. TCRS Circuit LLC shall not be liable for any damages caused by any act or omission by the Client or any third party.

7. Shipping 

a. TCRS Circuit LLC shall not be liable for any damage or misdelivery of inbound and outbound shipments related to the Services provided, and the Client shall assume all risk associated with the shipping of items to and from the TCRS Circuit LLC.

8. Governing Law 

a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.   

b. All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California.

9. Severability

 a. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

10. Entire Agreement 

a. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between TCRS Circuit LLC and the Client with respect to the Services provided by TCRS Circuit LLC and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, between TCRS Circuit LLC and the Client.

11. Acceptance 

a. By engaging the Services of TCRS Circuit LLC, the Client hereby agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
