"Wow, this company and Tim were life changing for me. I spilled liquid on my brand new MacBook Air at the worst possible time, while working on my PhD dissertation and preparing to travel for fieldwork. I went to every single repair place in my hometown and they all basically said it wasn’t worth repairing because it would cost as much as a new computer. I luckily came across TCRS and Tim showed excellent customer service and was able to get my computer working again for a very reasonable price. I couldn’t recommend his services enough. Now I can finally breath knowing I won’t have to spend money I don’t have on a new computer. Thank you Tim and thanks TCRS! I’ll be raving about you to everyone I know!"

"Tim is the man!! I recently had an issue with my MacBook Pro laptop where the computer would turn on but there was no image... well only a very, very faint image that I could see in certain lighting. I originally brought it to the Apple Store, which they told me it needed for sure a new Retina display, and possibly also the circuit board, which would be over $1000+ for the repair. I decided to get a second option, and I’m sure glad I did! I took it to Tim and within a day or two he was able to diagnose and confirm the screen itself was working, but the backlight filter on the circuit board was blown. He had it repaired within a few days and was updating me with progress of the repair along the way. Next thing you know I have a working computer again for less than a fraction of the cost I was quoted at Apple! I would highly recommend him for any type of MacBook repair! Excellent communication, super nice guy, down to earth, and reasonable pricing. I will definitely be back and send anyone else I know to him for repairs. Thanks again for saving my computer!"

"Tim is seriously the best. It is always stressful when expensive things break, especially when I don't know a lot about computers. But Tim is very honest about what needs to be done (or doesn't need to be done.) Apple wanted to charge me more than double what Tim did. About a month after the repair, my computer was having other problems and I was worried it was related to the first repair. Even though I had moved across the country, Tim offered to take another look at it and figured out what needed to be done for another very reasonable price. After sending it in, three more things went wrong during testing and instead of charging me more for all of the problems, he fixed them without charging me. He is fair, honest, generous, and always lets you know what is going on in the process. I am very grateful for TCRS and Tim!"

"Sent over my supposedly "water damaged" Macbook Pro (according to Apple) to Tim and he discovered it was perfectly fine and just needed minor fixing. He did not charge me a thing for something that would have cost $950+ with Apple.
It is great to know we now have someone trustworthy to send our laptops to! Will definitely recommend as much as possible!"
