Yes, but only for data recovery purposes. Generally when another shop works on a board first, it makes our job much harder. We can still help, however we do charge an attempt fee for boards worked on prior.
If we find your logic board is not repairable, we'll offer you a replacement logic board which is typically more expensive than logic board repair. If you do not wish to proceed with logic board replacement there is no charges associated with our repair attempt as long as the board did not have a prior repair attempt from another company.
