Ensure the following things before sending your device:

No other items except the laptop itself is included. (Including packaging such as an Apple box, chargers, or laptop sleeves.) We are unable to return any packaging sent with the laptop.


Device is packed securely. (We recommend at least 2" of bubble wrap around the entire device.) Make sure the device is packed in a sturdy box. Bubble mailers or worn-out Amazon boxes are a bad choice.

Use USPS, UPS or FedEx to ship out your device. All 3 major carriers have proven to be very reliable at getting your device to us safe and sound as long as it is packed well. Signature service is not required.

Once we receive your device, we'll be in touch. Give us at least 12 hours from the delivery time for the device to be scanned into our system. You'll receive a confirmation email when your device is unpacked and processed.
