After receiving your devices, our technicians will thoroughly inspect and diagnose your device. We usually have a definite diagnosis within 24 hours, however there are instances when it may take more time to diagnose your device. We are always through and we always make sure we know exactly what is wrong with your device before providing a quote. 

Certain repairs may take longer to complete than others. General repairs such as screen repairs, battery replacements, trackpad replacements, or keyboard replacements are usually completed in 2-3 days. Liquid damage and logic board repairs often take 3-6 days to complete. 

Things that can delay a repair: 

• Shipping delays : We usually get all parts we order within 1-3 days, however sometimes a delay on the shipping carriers end may cause the part to come in later than expected. 
• Complicated issues : Repairs are not always straightforward and some devices through us through a loop.  
• High repair volume : We are one of the busiest repair shops within 70 miles of the Antelope Valley. Sometimes we are slammed, and there may be a few devices ahead of yours.
